If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. Return freight paid by the customer. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization from our customer service department. Please call customer service, 909-889-1302, to receive an approval for your delayed return.
Return Form
Fill out and include the return form with all returns or exchanges. The return form is printed on the reverse side of your packing list or it can be downloaded here. You will need Adobe Acrobat to view and print the form.
Returns For Refund
On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there may be a restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.
Exchanges
There is no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products
Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
Wrong Item Received
Chaparral Motorsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Chaparral Motorsports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
Warranty Evaluation
Please call Chaparral customer service at 909-889-1302 before returning a part for warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Chaparral Motorsports customer service representative. If Chaparral accepts the warranty shipment, Chaparral will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Clearance and Closeout Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.
Package Deal Returns For Refund
If you return any item from a package deal for a refund, the items that are kept from the package deal revert to regular pricing; customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect the original pricing of package deal contents. We suggest that you exchange the item rather than refund the item in order to avoid price changes.
Package Deal Exchanges
If you need to exchange any package deal item for a different size or color, we will accommodate you if possible. We cannot allow exchanges for package deals that contain items that are discontinued or no longer available. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be within 30 days of receipt date.
Shipping Instructions
Return using your desired courier. Chaparral Motorsports recommends UPS or USPS. Customer pays return shipping charges. Insure shipment for full value of purchase to avoid loss or damage caused by the carrier. Use original Chaparral Motorsports packaging. Be sure to securely tape and pack the return shipment. Chaparral Motorsports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return Limitations
Electrical, ignition, discontinued and special order items are not returnable. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.
Merchandise purchased through Chaparral Motorsports Catalog and ChaparralMotorsports.com can be dropped off for return at Chaparral Motorsports Retail Store. Unfortunately, we are unable to process the refund or exchange at the time of the drop off. Your refund will be credited through the mail order/internet division within 2-4 business days.
Damaged, Missing Contents
If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call Chaparral toll free 800-841-2960 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to Chaparral until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.
OEM Returns
All original equipment (OEM) parts must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All OEM parts must be returned in their original wrapper or box. The original OEM part number label must be affixed to the part. The packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging and original part number label will not be accepted. All OEM parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical, ignition, discontinued and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable
