I am happy with this skid plate. It installed pretty easily without drilling. At the back the plate is shaped so that it goes up and over a cross bar near the kick stand. At the front you have to install a small bracket for which there are already holes on the inside of the frame rails. I don't know how durable this material is but so far it has worked fine for me.
