Lightweight wrap around shin plate with large tibia protector injected with high impact polyurethane

Patented ankle brace system with shock absorbing padding on the outside ankle
Synthetic inside leg insert increases lateral support and protection
Leather and Lorica instep bellow with an abrasion resistant patch on the outside of the ball of the foot
Alpinestar's exclusive double durometer rubber sole with high grip, rough terrain design
Three high impact resistant techno-polymer buckles with memory, featuring an integrated quick release/locking system

These are good boots. They are very supportive. The soles wear very well. I've had them almost a year and the only complaint I have is that the leather around the ankle is beginning to crack a bit. I would buy these again.
