ASTERISK MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
IMPORTANT! In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must return the included warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase. Only the original purchaser is entitled to claim service under this warranty.
Asterisk will repair or replace (at its option) any GERM Knee Protection System as determined by Asterisk to be defective in materials or workmanship for six months from date of purchase. This warranty covers the frame and hinges for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. All other materials including Uni-Quad Fastener, D.A.U. cuffs, padding, patella cups, are covered for six months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
To obtain service under this warranty, call the Asterisk customer service department at 800-459-2999 x2 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number and a brief description of the problem and send to:

The warranty set forth above shall not apply if the device was subjected to unusual or abusive treatment, misuse, accident, or negligence.
Also, any consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty. There are no other warranties extended or implied other than what is written here.
