This has been a great street tire. Has never washed out on me in hot or cold weather. After 1000 miles about 70% of tread life is left. Not DOT approved but it is awesome for the street. Really sticks after a few warm up miles. Price is a little high but you are paying for racing performance. If it was cheaper I wouldn't bother trying any other brands.
