Just replaced my front tire with what was originally on the motorcycle when I bought the bike over 7 years ago. I put lots of miles on the bike and the front tire lasted an impressive amount of time.

I just replaced both front and back tires with the 491 Elite II and they look good and have a nice ride so for what I paid, they are totally worth it.

I do mostly sports touring in mountainous areas. I have been using Dunlop 491 Touring Elite tires for over 25 years and have been pleased with them. I don't like the raised white lettering so I blacked it out. In the past these tires with solid black walls were available. Too bad they do not appear to be available any longer.
