DWT Sector Wheel Assembly Instruction:
(Instructions #9-11 for beadlock wheel only)

1. Remove wheel parts from packaging
2. Organize center bolts and nuts
3. Install O-rings in both sides of the billet center
4. Place the inside wheel half with the center facing up on a flat surface
5. Place billet center facing up (powder coated side) onto inside wheel half so bolt holes line up
6. Place outside wheel half up (valve hole on top) on billet center section so bolt holes line up
   (Note: 12” wheel only - Kawasaki Teryx bolts must be installed backwards. Center bolt nut on the outside of the wheel to clear front brake caliper.)
7. Install center bolts through the outside wheel half, through the center section, and finally through the inside wheel half and attach nuts
8. Torque center bolts to 100-120 inch lbs.
9. Slide your tire over and around wheel
10. Install beadlock ring on top of tire and install beadlock bolts
    (Note: Make sure beadlock ring is centered with tire bead before tightening.)
11. Torque beadlock bolts to 65-90 inch lbs.
    (Note: Torque specs are different depending on tire type.)
12. Refer to tire sidewall for correct mounting and tire inflation pressures

Tools Required:

• 1 – 8mm socket
• 2 – 10mm sockets
• 1 – 3/8 ratchet
• 1 – torque wrench (inch lbs.)
