Used these pads for years in both on- and off-road applications. Best braking power of any pad I've used. Long-wearing. Some folks say they cause unnecessary wear on rotors but I've never found that to be the case. They will wear the rotors faster than an organic pad but everything is a trade-off. You also get better stopping power....and no ugly, black brake dust all over your rims!
