FIRSTGEAR TPG garments made of polyester or nylon, when purchased in the United States or Canada, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase by the original buyer.

TPG 2-YEAR CRASH PROTECTION POLICY

For a period of 2 years from date of purchase, if your Firstgear TPG jacket, pants or gloves are damaged due to a crash, we will support you by offering a free replacement of the same or similar jacket, pants or glove. Just send us the damaged gear, a copy of the police report and any feedback you would like to offer on product performance. You will receive a replacement free of charge.
