I'm 6'2", 225lbs and I ordered the 2X, it fits great. Super comfortable. The ventilation works great in warm weather and the liner is great for those cool nights or early morning rides. I'm new to the Icon brand but they have won me over. The quality really surprised me, it's great. I will be ordering the gloves soon.
