I searched for tires from "lowest to highest" and found numerous tires the same size. I then checked load capacity and me weighting 220 lbs I would have exceeded the load on several of my options. I researched Michelin's Site and found that this tire was the only tire recommended for my Honda Reflex...I feel the higher price was well worth the "peace of mind" that I'll have over the next two years of riding! Cheers!
