The tool was my first experience with a rivet master link chain. In total the tool worked OK. The main tool frame is very sturdy. The chain breaking pin broke on the first usage, but I continued to use the broken piece. Their method to squeeze the master link together did not work very well. Because the chain came with no specifications on how much to expand the roller pin rivets, I made my best guess. I would prefer the old style mater link clip.

It will not rivet solid pin, and the push pin just snapped in half. Only good for master link which has soft pin.
