Pirelli Demons are probably the best bias ply tire currently available. The tire of choice for the Moto Guzzi V7C. The Michelin Sport Activ is a close second. Pirellis are a little stickier, Michelin's give a little better mileage, the choice is yours.

Pirelli Sport Demons are about the best bias ply tire currently available for sporty type riders. I use them on a Moto Guzzi V7C (now the OEM choice) and love them. Also great for late model Triumph twins, BMW airheads, etc. Not the highest milage tire available, but best cornering and wet use: you cant go wrong with these tires.
