Measure around the fullest part of the chest. Make sure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor while taking the measurement.
Sleeve
Measure from the center of the back at the shoulder level to wrist, while holding your arm up, parallel to the ground.
Waist
Measure around the waist at the height you prefer to wear your waistband.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hip. Make sure that the tape measure is parallel to the floor while taking measurement.

Expensive Garbage. Look good legs are short though. PAPER thin ripped first time out on inside of boot area.

I like the fit of these pants a lot. They were long if anything unlike others mentioned. A friend with the plain black ones did have a problem where they melted. Pits really nice to have pockets and the cargo pockets Velcro gold very strongly. Overall I like them quite a bit.
