Contact Motonation for the fastest service for warranty. Motonation’s goal with warranty claims is fast and fair service for all Sidi and Vemar customers. Since the advent of email and digital cameras we have found that if we first receive an email with pictures and a description of your problem we can more quickly resolve the problem.
Take a few pictures of the issue you have with your boot or helmet and email it to warranty@motonation.com along with the size of the item as well as any additional descriptive explanation or concerns that you may have along with your full and complete contact information. All emails will be answered within one business day.
- If in Motonation’s opinion your Sidi warranty claim is valid, our response to your email will have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in the return subject line. You should then clean (please…) and package your boots writing the RA# on the outside of the box and send them, along with a copy of your email, freight pre-paid to:

When Sole Performance receives your boots he will repair them ASAP and send them back to you freight pre-paid. All costs of the repair will be billed to Motonation under this procedure. If it is determined by Motonation that the best course of action is to replace your Sidi boot then your old boots will be discarded and new pair will be sent no charge.
- If Motonation denies your Sidi warranty claim based on the above mentioned Limited Warranty Motonation will email you back a link to the correct part you need to repair the problem yourself along with the option of sending your boot to Sole Performance for repair
