SparX Crashed Helmet Policy
If your helmet is damaged during the course of an accident, SparX would like to show support to our riders by offering a free replacement helmet program (same of similar model). Simply send SparX a police report of the accident, a brief description of how the helmet performed and the damaged helmet for a free replacement.
Don't ever compromise when it comes to your safety. Ride on.

5 Year Limited Warranty
5 Year Limited Warranty from the date of Purchase or 6 years from the date of manufacturer, whichever comes first, against defects in material and workmanship. In order for the warranty to be valid, you must complete the warranty/registration card and mail along with a copy of your proof of purchase to the below listed address within the 10 days of purchase.
The warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchase of the SparX helmet. If within the warranty period, the helmet does not live up to the warranties outlined herein and the original purchaser had filled out and returned the attached card within the ten days of original purchase, SparX will, at its option, replace or repair the product (same or similar model).
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Warranty does not apply to helmets that have been abused, misused, modified, or tampered with, or improperly maintained as covered in the User's Manual. Normal wear and the tear of the helmet is not covered. SparX does not extend any other warranties beyond the limited warranty expressly outlined in the warranty card. SparX does acknowledge and expressly disclaims any implied warranties not outlined in the card, including any warranties on merchantability and appropriateness for a specific purpose. No dealer is authorized to charge or modify the terms and disclaimers outlined in this warranty.
