Bought this product about five months ago. The boot is very comfortable and looks nice with rest of my gear. One of the straps broke while I was riding my motorcycle and now I am unable to wear the boots. I know the company that sells the boot must have repair parts but I have not been fortunate enough to find them. Everything else is fine its just that plastic strap, they should modify or re-think the materiel.
