My use is to ride to /from work 99% of the time. I have worn the -pants on two rides with the temp in the 15F range. I ride an XR650 so the pants have to seal well to work. These are great at stopping the wind(I took all the pads out - can't roll them up and get them in my back-pack for the ride home with them). I may cut the flap behind the front zipper out to make them easier to put on/take off. -Only problem: small hole in the bottom of right pocket - fixed with a needle and thread. -Look like they should hold up to many years of riding.

I've had the pants for 8 months now and worn daily to commute 120 miles round trip. Extremely happy with the way they've held up. Kept me warm @ 75mph in 40 degree temperatures, dry in the rain, and reflected heat well on 85 degree days. Most importantly they saved my rear end in a low speed accident that tore the pants up but I walked away without a scratch or bruise. I'm buying a new pair immediately.

This is a nice overpant that can be removed when you arrive. It matches the Transition jacket well. Have not wreck tested them and hope not to! It looks as though they will last but may be too warm in the summer in AZ.
