I put the M7 V.A.L.E. on a DRZ400S to get better sound and less weight than stock. This pipe was pretty loud after install. It was fine for the woods, but for the trips into town the noise caught way to much attention. This P4 tip reduced the sound to a more tolerable level for neighborhood streets and residential areas. The P4 lowers the db without losing noticeable performance. Install was simple and it works fine with the spark arresting screen in place.
