Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer a different method of payment, we also accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, Western Union Quick Collect Service and wire transfers. You may place your order online or by phoning one of our customer service representatives at 800-841-2960. Please feel free to use our online order form.
Credit Cards are verified for your protection. The billing address assigned to the credit card must match the billing and shipping address of your order. An address verification is made to the issuing bank of your credit card to protect your safety and detect fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria. Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped. Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.

Sales Tax
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to California. The current rate is 9%.
We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed if shipped to addresses in California.
Backorders
Occasionally we are notified of item delays or backorders from the manufacturer. Please keep in mind this is an appropximate date and is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Once an item becomes available orders will be filled from oldest to newest.
Backorder items are charged to your credit card once the item ships (except special orders).
International Orders
Chaparral Motorsports offers international and APO/FPO shipping to its customers. Currently at this time, online ordering is limited to US, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO customers only. Please contact customer service to place an order with a shipment destination not listed above.
Chaparral Motorsports ships via the United States Postal Service to international, APO/FPO and Puerto Rican destinations. Chemicals can not be shipped to these destinations.

Chaparral accepts US funds only. Please consult your local bank or post office to determine duty and/or exchange rates.
