Icon One Thousand El Bajo Boots - Details

El Bajo – literally translated it means ‘The Short One.’ Short perhaps in overall height, but never in performance or steez. Built on the same Goodyear welt bottom unit as its five-buckle Elsinore brother, El Bajo provides all the OG moto-presence but in a reduced two-buckle silhouette. Metal post fasteners, heavy top-grain leather chassis, and reinforced toe box and heel make for a serious piece of riding footwear. El Bajo, always up to the challenge

  • Top grain leather upper construction
  • Goodyear welt construction
  • Icon cast metal buckles
  • Icon stamped metal heel plate
  • Heat pressed leather shifter panel
  • Axialmetric steel shank
  • Medial YKK zippers

Amazing

These boots look great and feel great. They are a bit heavier than a normal boot but that is because of the heavy leather and metal buckles. NOT PLASTIC and PLEATHER! I wear a 9.5-10 and grabbed a 10 since I ride with moto socks not normal socks and they fit perfect. Adjust the 2 buckles and use the zippered side to put on and take off. And they fit under the gear arm of a Hypermotard. No adjusting needed.

slick looking boots!

I bought the oiled brown El Bajo boots in a size 14. This is one of a few sets of boots that come in larger sizes. My girlfriend refers to them as water skis...whatever. On to the boots: The boots look a little darker than the pictures. Definitely not bad I think they look a little better with the slightly darker shade of brown. They are heavier than I expected. These are boots after all. I had been wearing some shoe crossover type footwear that I had bought at a local bike shop. They were functional but ugly as sin and not all that comfortable. After 3 years it was time for a new set of kicks. Having worn the El Bajo boots for several hours now and one commute into work they are comfortable. Because of the size I may have to adjust my shift linkage though. It's a tight squeeze to get my boot in there. It's doable and I didn't have any problems with my commute bu
