I am considering the purchase of this tire for my 08 KTM 530 EXCR dual sport. It has Behr super moto wheels 3.50 frt and 5.00 rear, A 130/80/17 for the frt. and a 150/70/17 for the rear, would there be any issues to use a rear 130 rear tire for the frt?

It is never recommended to use a rear tire for the front or vice versa. The water displacement capabilities will be compromised along with traction.
