Nelson riggs king
The king tour can be mounted on the luggage rack or passenger seat. I've mounted mine on my seat with the straps supplied and it's as stable as a rock. Just did a seven day 4500 mile trip to see my daughter graduate and with all the pockets you can easily separate your electrical cords gps unit maps cell phones even food and drinks. It'll handle a weeks worth of clothes and then some. I'm very pleased. I also recommend this for it's durability.
