I am a Shinko guy and have used the Verge tires since they first came out. They always preformed great and lasted a long time. So I decided to try these tires on my Bandit thinking they would be a step up. They now have 3000 miles on them and the side of the tires are gone. The center still looks new. I understand that the sides were made soft to grip better but it is so soft now that they just seem to be melting away. Even when the tires are cold gravel will cling to the soft parts of the tire. I love Shinko tires and will still use them but I will go back to the original Verge. They worked great for me. Being less aggressive would help the 2s last longer but hell I live in the mountains.

Sticky

I love this brand and this tire's characteristics. When I lean into a corner it is a sticky situation. I go from the natural position to a full lean. I have not gone all the way over and have more traction then I am used to. For a street tire it's awesome. Not sure of tread life as I only have about 1k miles on it and it still has deep tread on it. I hope to get about 7k miles out of it.

Great Tire

This tire is great. Slick as they come. I replaced both front and rear tires; 120 in the front and 200 in the rear. After they get broken in they grip like no other tire I have ridden before. I rode all the way to Tulsa for the round up without an issue.
