What is included in the rental?

Every EagleRider rental includes one helmet. Additional helmets, jackets, chaps, gloves and other accessories are also available for rental, but not included in the Bike rental rate quote.

What is your payment policy?

All reservations are on a pre-paid basis, meaning we charge your credit card for the full rental at time of booking the reservation. This ensures that your bike is available and waiting for you when you arrive at the rental location. EagleRider accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover.

Do you deliver the bike? If so, what is the cost?

No, the bike must be picked up and dropped off at our San Bernardino location.

What is your gasoline policy?

EagleRider rents motorcycles with a full gas tank. The vehicle needs to be returned full of gasoline upon return. Vehicles returned with a less than full gas tank or subject to a refueling charge. Renters may also pre-pay for gasoline, allowing them to return the gas tank empty.

How are mechanical breakdowns handled?

Every renter is provided with a toll free emergency telephone number at pick-up. In case of a mechanical breakdown our staff will arrange for towing to the nearest EagleRider location or repair facility.

What happens when I get a flat tire?

Does ER offer sidecars?

Unfortunately for insurance reasons EagleRider does not offer sidecars at this time.

How old do you have to be to rent from ER?

The minimum age to rent a motorcycle is 21 years. Depending on the vehicle, there may be age limit for passengers riding in ATV’s and UTV’s which have specific vehicle age requirements. All passenger must be able to reach the passenger foot pegs or floorboards of the bike.

What kind of driver's license is required to rent from ER?

You must have a valid motorcycle license to rent a motorcycle from EagleRider (Can-Am Spyder rentals do not require a motorcycle license). International customers: If your license allows you to legally ride the same type of bike in your home country, you can rent from us. The license from your country is sufficient, - you don't have to get an international drivers license.

Do you offer jackets, chaps, gloves, helmets or other accessories?

Helmets are included in your rental rates. We have a good selection of Helmets, chaps, gloves, and other accessories available for purchase.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Saturday 8am – 6pm

When two people are on one bike, does the insurance cover both of them? If two people are authorized to drive, do both need to buy insurance?

Yes, when optional Supplemental Liability Insurance is purchased a time of rental. If two people are authorized to drive, do both need to buy insurance? Yes.

Does ER rent bike's one-way?

Absolutely. EagleRider is the leader in one-way motorcycle rentals worldwide. You can drop off the motorcycle at any EagleRider location. One-way fees will apply to any one-way rental. One Way Rentals with Eagle Rider of San Bernardino fleet will be available at the beginning of 2010.

Do you rent GPS systems?

Yes, EagleRider of San Bernardino will rent GPS units in most locations.

What kind of drivers license do I need to rent a bike?

To rent a bike with EagleRider you need to have a valid Motorcycle Drivers License from your home country. Having an International Drivers license is not enough.

Is the rental based upon a calendar day or rental day?

Rentals are based upon a 24 hour period. If you pick up the bike at 10:00 AM it is also due back at 10:00 AM.

Do you rent rain suits?

Rain suits can be purchased at our location.

Can I take a rented ER Motorcycle across International borders, such as Seattle to Canada?

EagleRider Motorcycle Rentals are not permitted across the any border outside the United States.
