Returns For Refund
On each item returned for refund instead of exchange, there may be a restocking charge, ($10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 30 days). if it is not return in new, original condition or the return is older than 30 days. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange. Returns for refunds can be accepted at Chaparral Motorsports retail store. The refund takes 3-5 days to process.

Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products
Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.
All original equipment (OEM) parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All OEM parts must be returned in their original wrapper or box. The original OEM part number label must be affixed to the part. The packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging and original part number label will not be accepted. All OEM parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical, ignition, discontinued and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable.
Wrong Item Received
Chaparral Motorsports will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Chaparral Motorsports will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
Please call Chaparral customer service at 909-889-1302 before returning a part for warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Chaparral Motorsports customer service representative. If Chaparral accepts the warranty shipment, Chaparral will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Clearance and Closeout Items
There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.
Package Deal Returns For Refund
If you return any item from a package deal for a refund, the items that are kept from the package deal revert to regular pricing; customer will receive refund of the remainder after pricing has been recalculated to reflect the original pricing of package deal contents. We suggest that you exchange the item rather than refund the item in order to avoid price changes
Package Deal Exchanges
If you need to exchange any package deal item for a different size or color, we will accommodate you if possible. We cannot allow exchanges for package deals that contain items that are discontinued or no longer available. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be within 30 days of receipt date.
Electrical, ignition, discontinued and special order items are not returnable. Videos and DVDs must be unopened and in original packaging.
Damaged, Missing Contents
If you receive a shipment that has been damaged or is missing parts that you ordered, please call Chaparral toll free 1-800-841-2960 and report the damaged or missing contents. Please do not ship the products to Chaparral until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.
Please call customer service at 909-889-1302 for return authorization prior to shipping the product back to Chaparral Motorsports.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by amazon.com within 30 dyas of delivery for a full refund. Go to your Amazon account to obtain a return authorization for the returning items. When you ship the items back, be sure to include the return authorization form in the box. You will receive your refund in 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 3-5 days of after Chaparral Motorsports submits your information and processes your return with Amazon.com. Orders placed thru Amazon can not be exchanged for replacement items.
Customer understands that Chaparral Motorsports is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Chaparral Motorsports. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, Customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Chaparral Motorsports. CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chaparral Motorsports and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from Customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on Chaparral Motorsports' Web Site, thru the Chaparral Motorsports' Retail store or thru Chaparral Motorsports' call center. Chaparral Motorsports reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with Chaparral Motorsports in asserting any available defenses.
Any action relating to the use of the Web Site, catalogs or any transaction with Chaparral Motorsports must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the County of San Bernardino, California.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEITHER CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, NEITHER CHAPARRAL MOTORSPORTS NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Chaparral Motorsports will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
