Returning Or Exchanging Items

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Please read our return policy to ensure the item is returnable.

Return Options

We offer three options to return items back to Chaparral Motorsports.

1. Create a return label online

  • You pay nothing up-front.
  • $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or exchange.
  • No restocking charge applies if returned within 30 days ($10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher, after 30 days)

2. Return using your own shipping method

Complete the return form on the back of your invoice, and include it with your shipment to:

  • All returns must be prepaid.
  • Freight collect packages will be refused.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • A refund back to the original payment method used will be issued upon receipt.
  • Keep a copy of your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Return to our store

  • Returns for refunds or exchanges can be accepted at the Chaparral Motorsports retail store.
  • Refund takes 3-5 days to process.
  • Bring the original invoice included in your shipment.

30 Day Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days from receipt date.

Returns or exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization. Please call 909-889-1302 to receive an approval for your delayed return.

Packaging

Returns must include all tags, packaging, and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box.

Parts

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return.

Errors & Defective Parts

Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.

Warranties

For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, check to see if warranty information is available by searching for the part number and looking for the warranty tab.

Restock Fee

Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you or may be charged a restock fee.
