Shipping Policies

  • Shipping charges are based on order value unless oversized.
  • Chaparral Motorsports' standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping available to USA, APO/FPO, Canada and Puerto Rico only.
  • Allow 3-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days. Backorder dates are estimated times of arrival for the product to be received at Chaparral Motorsports.
  • Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1pm Pacific Time usually ship the same business day.
  • Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. However, we do send partial shipments to help get your available-in stock merchandise to you as soon as possible.
  • Chaparral customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available.
  • Any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery. These fees are over and above the shipping cost charged by Chaparral Motorsports.
  • Chaparral Motorsports offers international and APO/FPO shipping to its customers. Currently at this time, online ordering is limited to US, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO customers only. Please contact customer service to place an order with a shipment destination not listed above. Chaparral Motorsports ships via the United States Postal Service to international, APO/FPO, Canadian and Puerto Rican destinations.


Exceptions

  • Oils, chemicals, and lubricants are charged according to actual shipping weight using actual freight charges. We make every effort to preserve the pricing listed in the catalog. Due to rapidly escalating prices of oils, chemicals and raw materials, pricing can not be guaranteed. These items can only be shipped UPS Ground.
  • APO, FPO, and other military addresses are shipped USPS only. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery when using USPS.
  • Orders being shipped to AK, HI, PR are shipped via USPS or UPS 2nd Day.
  • Batteries are shipped acid free.


Expedited Shipping

  • Chaparral® offers a variety of expedited shipping services to get an order to you by the weekend.
  • Air service delivery orders placed before 4:00pm PT will be shipped same day, pending inventory availability.

Next Day Air

Delivered the day after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday. To guarantee delivery on Saturday, Next Day Saturday Delivery service is required. Saturday Delivery service is an extra charge. Please call customer service at 1-800-841-2960 to inquire about Saturday delivery.

2nd Day Air

Delivered 2 days after the order is shipped. If the order is shipped on Friday, it may not be delivered until Tuesday.


International Shipping

  • Chaparral® Motorsports offers international and APO/FPO shipping to its customers.
  • Please contact customer service to place an order with a shipment destination not listed above.
  • Chaparral® Motorsports ships via the United States Postal Service to international, APO/FPO, Canadian and Puerto Rican destinations.

Will Call Store Pickup

  • Will Call Store Pickup lets you buy online, avoid shipping charges and pick up your order in as little as 48 hours
  • Please make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the purchasing credit card.
  • If you used PayPal or only a gift card for your purchase, just bring your ID and order number.
  • Virtual and one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for Store Pickup.

Here's How It Works
  1. Place an eligible item in your cart and choose the Will Call option.
  2. Complete your order.
  3. Wait to receive one e-mail from us: Order Confirmation verifies that we've received your order.
  4. Wait to receive a phone call from us: Pickup Notification lets you know your order is ready for pickup. We will also tell you what to bring to the store.
  5. At the store, head to the Parts Counter, or ask the associate at the door to direct you to the right place.

Bring To The Store
  1. Your state-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if you used one).
  3. Your order number (for a speedier process).

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options
  • To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 1-800-841-2960
  • To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  • To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time.

Canceling a Store Pickup
  • To cancel your pickup, call 1-800-841-2960. Please have your credit-card information handy.
  • Your order will be held at the store for 30 days.
